Abstract
Over a mean observation period of 3 1/2 years. 45 eyes operated on with the trephine diameter of 1.0 mm and 43 eyes operated on with the trephine diameter of 1.5 mm showed the same results with regard to the regulation of IOP, postoperative complications, the number of failures and the period of time elapsing between the operation and its failure.
