Abstract
A report is given on the recurrent haemorrhage of a cerebral arterial aneurysm occurring three days after the establishment of an extra-intracranial microanastomosis by means of a venous transplant. The carotid ligature should be carried out in a second session. The short time interval after the haemorrhage and also the larger flow via the venous bypass is discussed as a possible cause.

本文报道了一例通过静脉移植建立颅外-颅内微血管吻合术后三天发生的脑动脉瘤复发性出血。颈动脉结扎应在第二次手术中进行。文中讨论了出血后较短的时间间隔以及通过静脉旁路的较大血流量可能是导致复发性出血的原因。
