Abstract

Revision rhinoplasty is always more complicated than the primary surgery. A more conservative approach using safer, more reliable techniques in primary surgery should decrease the number of revisions.

鼻整形修复手术总是比初次手术更复杂。在初次手术中采用更保守的方法，使用更安全、更可靠的技术，应该能减少修复手术的次数。
