Abstract
A trypsin inhibitor from murine L 1210 lymphatic leukemia cells was isolated on QAE Sephadex A-50 and Trypsin-Sepharose 4B and purified about 197 times. It is a thermostable peptide, nonsensitive to changes in the pH range 2-10. It inhibits trypsin proteolytic activity against hemoglobin, azocaseine and trypsin esterase activity.
