A novel oxidative cross-coupling of benzo[]thiophene 1,1-dioxides with arylboronic acids was reported. The efficient reaction occurred at the C2-position via C-H activation, followed by Pd(II)-catalyzed arylation. Furthermore, a series of C2-arylated products with significant photoluminescence properties have been synthesized and characterized, which illustrates the potential applications of our method in the aggregation-induced emission field.
报道了一种苯并噻吩1,1-二氧化物与芳基硼酸的新型氧化交叉偶联反应。该高效反应通过C-H活化在C2位发生,随后进行钯(II)催化的芳基化反应。此外,还合成并表征了一系列具有显著光致发光性质的C2-芳基化产物,这说明了我们的方法在聚集诱导发光领域的潜在应用。
