Abstract

Combined anesthesia with Ketalar and standard neuroleptanalgesia were used in obese patients with high risk of the development of hepatic insufficiency in operations of jejunoileoshunts. The investigation has shown the both kinds of intravenous anesthesia to be quite acceptable for this category of patients.

在空肠回肠分流术操作中，对于有发生肝功能不全高风险的肥胖患者，采用了氯胺酮复合麻醉和标准神经安定镇痛麻醉。研究表明，这两种静脉麻醉方法对此类患者来说都是相当可以接受的。
