Eleven new steroidal alkaloids, along with nine known related compounds, were isolated from the bulbs of . Seven pairs of diastereomers were identified, including six and four 20-deoxy cevanine-type steroidal alkaloid diastereomers with molecular weights of 413 and 415, respectively. Structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic data analysis, chemical derivatization, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds , , , , , and exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against non-small-cell lung cancer with CC values from 6.8 ± 3.9 to 12 ± 5 μM.
从 百合科植物中分离得到 11 个新甾体生物碱，以及 9 个已知的相关化合物。鉴定了 7 对非对映异构体，包括 6 个和 4 个分子量分别为 413 和 415 的 20-脱氧雪蟾碱型甾体生物碱非对映异构体。基于光谱数据分析、化学衍生化和单晶 X 射线衍射分析确定了结构。化合物 、 、 、 、 和 对非小细胞肺癌表现出显著的细胞毒性活性，CC 值范围为 6.8±3.9 至 12±5μM。
