Author reviews the now available strategies for the prophylaxis of primary and opportunistic mycoses. Chemoprophylaxis of opportunistic mycoses that are the most frequently observed fungal infections in Italy, gives satisfactory protection in endogenous fungal infections. On the contrary, fungal exogenous infections are not easily treated. In fact, systematically acting drugs which are also easy to use, are still lacking. Strict reverse isolation seems to achieve good results in these infections.
作者回顾了目前可用于预防原发性和机会性真菌病的策略。机会性真菌病的化学预防在意大利是最常见的真菌感染，在内源性真菌感染中能提供令人满意的保护。相反，真菌外源性感染则不易治疗。事实上，目前仍缺乏既作用于全身又易于使用的药物。严格的反向隔离在这些感染中似乎能取得良好效果。
