New methods have been developed for the synthesis of the substituted quinolines and quinazolinones derivatives by utilizing -(2-aminobenzoyl)benzotriazoles under mild reaction conditions. 3-Acyl-2-alkyl(aryl)-4-hydroxyquinolines were obtained in modarete yields by the reaction of -(2-aminobenzoyl)benzotriazoles and diketones in the presence of -BuOK. 3-Acylamino-4(3) quinazolinones were obtained in good yields via -(2-aminobenzoyl)benzotriazoles, orthoester and hyrazides in one-pot.
已经开发出了新的方法,可在温和的反应条件下利用-(2-氨基苯甲酰基)苯并三唑来合成取代喹啉和喹唑啉酮衍生物。在叔丁醇钾存在的情况下,通过-(2-氨基苯甲酰基)苯并三唑与二酮反应,以中等产率获得了3-酰基-2-烷基(芳基)-4-羟基喹啉。通过一锅法,由-(2-氨基苯甲酰基)苯并三唑、原酸酯和酰肼以良好的产率获得了3-酰基氨基-4(3)喹唑啉酮。
