[Music therapy, its indications, goals and possibilities].

After a short historical introduction the author presents an overview on the various methods used in music therapy with respect to their goals and their limits. There are quite different forms of receptive and active music therapy in individual and group therapy. Finally, the author describes the evolution of two cases of individual music therapy.
