We report a [F]fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography ([F]FDG PET/CT) scan of a 17-year-old male presenting increased focal glucose metabolism of a histologically proven solitary nodular fasciitis mimicking an extranodal manifestation of Hodgkin lymphoma. This interesting image should draw attention to considering nodular fasciitis as a possible pitfall in the staging of malignant diseases.
我们报告了一例17岁男性的[F]氟脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描/计算机断层扫描（[F]FDG PET/CT）检查结果，该患者组织学证实为孤立性结节性筋膜炎，表现为局灶性葡萄糖代谢增加，酷似霍奇金淋巴瘤的结外表现。这一有趣的影像应引起注意，需考虑结节性筋膜炎可能是恶性疾病分期中的一个陷阱。
