Abstract

The authors describe the experimental results of administering BCNU combined with hyperthermia upon the growth of sarcoma 180 of the mouse. Best results were obtained employing the combined therapy than using BCNU or hyperthermia alone, and hyperthermia was necessary in all cases where a curative effect was attained.
