Abstract
The authors describe the experimental results of administering BCNU combined with hyperthermia upon the growth of sarcoma 180 of the mouse. Best results were obtained employing the combined therapy than using BCNU or hyperthermia alone, and hyperthermia was necessary in all cases where a curative effect was attained.

作者描述了给予卡莫司汀（BCNU）联合热疗对小鼠肉瘤180生长的实验结果。联合治疗比单独使用卡莫司汀或热疗取得了更好的效果，并且在所有获得治愈效果的病例中热疗都是必要的。
