Application of a sampling-dynamic procedure for evaluation of the immunologic vigor of breast cancer patients established certain differences in the individual patient indexes in a clinically uniform study group before treatment. All members of the study group received similar treatment which produced identical end results. The "immunologic profile" obtained by means of a study of parameter interrelationship was found to differ significantly in patients who had a favorable and unfavorable course within 2 years post-treatment. A prognostic table for selection of the most likely candidates for tumor dissemination and recurrence development is presented.
应用一种抽样动态程序来评估乳腺癌患者的免疫活力，在治疗前的临床统一研究组中确定了个体患者指标的某些差异。研究组的所有成员都接受了相似的治疗，产生了相同的最终结果。通过对参数相互关系的研究获得的“免疫图谱”显示，在治疗后2年内病程良好和不良的患者中存在显著差异。本文给出了一个用于选择最有可能发生肿瘤播散和复发的患者的预后表。
