[Large-intestinal lesions in destructive pancreatitis].

An acute destructive pancreatitis may be followed by a lesion of the colon with its developing necrosis, narrowing etc. Seven cases with such complications are described. Problems of surgical tactics in patients with a destructive pancreatitis complicated by lesions of the colon are discussed.
