Congenital Hyperlipidemia in Infants for Congenital Cardiac Surgery.

Infants with concurrent severe hypertriglyceridemia and complex congenital heart disease are a rare occurrence and can have life-threatening consequences when undergoing surgical intervention. This case series outlines two instances involving infants undergoing total anomalous pulmonary venous connection repair and surgical closure of a ventricular septal defect.
