Abstract

L3, isolated from heavy metal-contaminated soils, possesses the ability of Mn(II) oxidation. To further enhance the understanding of genes involved in Mn(II) oxidation, the complete genome of this strain was sequenced and annotated, which has a total size of 6.39 Mb with a G + C content of 66.39%.

摘要

从重金属污染土壤中分离得到的L3菌株具有氧化二价锰的能力。为了进一步深入了解参与二价锰氧化的基因,对该菌株的全基因组进行了测序和注释,其基因组总大小为6.39 Mb,G + C含量为66.39%。
