Debate on direct-anterior posterior approach for hip hemiarthroplasty: The authors' insights.

We read and discussed the study entitled "Complication rates after direct anterior posterior approach for Hip Hemiarthroplasty in elderly individuals with femoral neck fractures" with great interest. The authors have done justice to the topic of comparison of anterior and posterior surgical approaches for bipolar hemiarthroplasty which has been an everlasting debate in the existing literature. However, there are certain aspects of this study that need clarification from the authors.
