is a typical wood-rotting fungi, which plays considerable roles in ecosystems and has significant economic value. The genus currently consists of more than 100 species; however, only eight species have been reported from China. This study aims to distinguish and describe two novel species from the complex, namely and , one new record species from Zhejiang Province, and three common species, , and , based on detailed morphological and phylogenetic studies, relying on Chinese specimens. is characterised by its reddish-brown pileus, decurrent lamellae with cross-veins, slender stipe, smaller basidiospores, wider generative hyphae and absence of sclerocystidia. is featured by its pileus with concentric and darker ring zone, decurrent lamellae with cross-veins, shorter stipe, longer basidiospores, diverse and shorter cheilocystidia and smaller sclerocystidia. Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions, large subunit nuclear ribosomal RNA gene (nLSU) and translation elongation factor 1-α gene () were employed to perform a thorough phylogenetic analysis for genus and related genera, using Bayesian Inference and Maximum Likelihood analysis. The results indicate that and form two independent clades within the complex themselves. Detailed descriptions, taxonomic notes, illustrations etc. were provided. In addition, a key to the reported species of from China is also provided.
是一种典型的木腐真菌,在生态系统中发挥着重要作用且具有显著的经济价值。该属目前由100多个物种组成;然而,中国仅报道过8个物种。本研究旨在基于详细的形态学和系统发育研究,依托中国标本,从该复合体中鉴别并描述两个新物种,即[物种名1]和[物种名2],一个来自浙江省的新记录物种[物种名3],以及三个常见物种[物种名4]、[物种名5]和[物种名6]。[物种名1]的特征在于其红棕色菌盖、具横脉的延生菌褶、细长的菌柄、较小的担孢子、较宽的生殖菌丝以及无硬囊状体。[物种名2]的特征在于其菌盖具同心且颜色较深的环带、具横脉的延生菌褶、较短的菌柄、较长的担孢子、多样且较短的囊状体以及较小的硬囊状体。利用贝叶斯推断和最大似然分析,采用内转录间隔区(ITS)区域、核糖体大亚基核RNA基因(nLSU)和翻译延伸因子1-α基因(TEF1-α)对该属及相关属进行全面的系统发育分析。结果表明,[物种名1]和[物种名2]在该复合体自身内部形成两个独立的分支。提供了详细描述、分类注释、图示等。此外,还提供了中国已报道的该属物种检索表。
