[Sensitization of mouse splenocytes to normal tissue antigens and natural killer activity. I. The effect of immunization with normal syngeneic tissues].

Immunization of C3HA mice with homogenized syngeneous liver led to sensibilization of splenocytes towards liver antigens and to the increase in natural killer cell activity towards K-562 cells. The dynamics of sensibilization and cytotoxicity in different time intervals after immunization has led to a conclusion about a correlation between the two above phenomena.
