At present a good prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis is possible in the case of well-timed diagnosis and optimum treatment. Controlled use of all necessary specific drugs is a prerequisite to a success. The analogous courses of bacillary and non-bacillary pulmonary tuberculosis confirm our experiences that culture-negative respiratory tuberculosis is existing in an important number. Therefore, this factor will have to be put into our epidemiologic and clinical considerations.
目前，只要诊断及时且治疗得当，肺结核有望获得良好的预后。合理使用所有必要的特效药物是取得成功的前提。细菌性和非细菌性肺结核的类似病程证实了我们的经验，即相当数量的呼吸道结核痰菌培养呈阴性。因此，在我们的流行病学和临床考量中必须纳入这一因素。
