Abstract

Of 100 patients receiving fresh osteochondral fragment allografts, 95 had replacement of the weight-bearing portion of the knee. The allografts excised under sterile conditions were stored in Ringer's lactate at 4 degrees and transplanted into recipients within 24 hours. The average follow-up time was 3.8 years. One-half of the patients had allografts because of traumatic injury, and the best results (75% success) were obtained in this group of patients. The overall results were not encouraging for patients with osteoarthritis or spontaneous osteonecrosis.

摘要

在接受新鲜异体骨软骨碎片移植的100例患者中,95例接受了膝关节负重部位的置换。在无菌条件下切除的异体移植物保存在4℃的乳酸林格液中,并在24小时内移植给受体。平均随访时间为3.8年。一半的患者因创伤性损伤接受异体移植,该组患者取得了最佳效果(成功率75%)。对于骨关节炎或自发性骨坏死患者,总体结果并不乐观。
