Abstract

Two new cucurbitane-type triterpenoid saponins, 2,20,22-trihydroxy-16,23()-epoxycucurbita-1,5,24-triene-3,11-dione 2---D-glucopyranoside (), 2,20,22-trihydroxy-16,23()-epoxycucurbita-1,5,11,24-tetraene-3-one 2---D-glucopyranoside () were isolated from the fruit of (L.) Schrad. Their structures were elucidated by mass spectrometry, IR, 1D, and 2D NMR spectroscopy, etc. Besides, both of the compounds showed significant hepatoprotective activities at 10 M against paracetamol-induced HepG2 cell damage.

两种新的葫芦烷型三萜皂苷,2,20,22-三羟基-16,23()-环氧葫芦-1,5,24-三烯-3,11-二酮 2---D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 () 和 2,20,22-三羟基-16,23()-环氧葫芦-1,5,11,24-四烯-3-酮 2---D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (),从苦瓜(L.)Schrad 的果实中分离得到。通过质谱、IR、1D 和 2D NMR 光谱等方法阐明了它们的结构。此外,这两种化合物在 10 μM 浓度下均对扑热息痛诱导的 HepG2 细胞损伤表现出显著的保肝活性。
