Abstract

This case report demonstrates successful treatment outcomes without recurrence using fosfomycin for cellulitis with bacteremia caused by resistant to macrolides, fluoroquinolones, and tetracyclines in agammaglobulinemia and bronchiectasis. Whole-genome sequencing indicated the presence of ST137 harboring and , with mutations in the 23S rRNA and genes.

本病例报告显示,在无丙种球蛋白血症和支气管扩张症患者中,对于由对大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类和四环素类耐药的细菌引起的蜂窝织炎合并菌血症,使用磷霉素治疗取得了成功的治疗效果且无复发。全基因组测序表明存在携带[具体基因]和[具体基因]的ST137,23S rRNA和[具体基因]有突变。
