There is increasing interest in hair loss treatment because a growing number of people affected. Lecomte is known for its anticancer effects, but its potential for preventing hair loss has not been researched. Therefore, this study focused on the hair loss prevention effects of Lecomte ethanol extract (Nk-EE). The results showed that Nk-EE had a proliferative effect on human follicle dermal papilla cells and inhibited cell death. experiments using androgenic areata models showed that Nk-EE had a positive effect on a variety of biomarkers such as hair-to-skin ratio, hair type frequency, and hair thickness. The results of this study suggest that Nk-EE has potential as an effective treatment for androgenic alopecia.
由于受脱发影响的人数日益增多,人们对脱发治疗的兴趣也在不断增加。勒孔特因其抗癌作用而闻名,但其预防脱发的潜力尚未得到研究。因此,本研究聚焦于勒孔特乙醇提取物(Nk-EE)的防脱发效果。结果表明,Nk-EE对人毛囊真皮乳头细胞具有增殖作用并抑制细胞死亡。使用斑秃模型的实验表明,Nk-EE对毛发与皮肤比例、毛发类型频率和毛发厚度等多种生物标志物有积极影响。本研究结果表明,Nk-EE有潜力成为雄激素性脱发的有效治疗方法。
