Abstract

Indazole scaffold have two interconvertible tautomeric forms. Regioselectivities were determined for N-benzylations and alkylation of some non-substituted and substituted indazoles, under basic conditions (KCO) in DMF. The ratio of regioisomers occurrence between N:N is almost equal. Their structures were established through a combination of NOESY and H-C/N HMBC NMR methods. Additionally, pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines have also three possible tautomeric forms; primarily 1H and 2H, with 7H isomers being rare. Pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridines have only known two possible tautomeric forms so far; 1H and 2H.

吲唑骨架有两种可相互转换的互变异构形式。在碱性条件下(碳酸钾)于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,测定了一些未取代和取代吲唑的N-苄基化反应及烷基化反应的区域选择性。N:N区域异构体出现的比例几乎相等。通过NOESY和H-C/N HMBC核磁共振方法相结合确定了它们的结构。此外,吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶也有三种可能的互变异构形式;主要是1H和2H,7H异构体很少见。到目前为止,吡唑并[4,3-b]吡啶仅已知两种可能的互变异构形式;1H和2H。
