Abstract

We report the complete genome sequence of HF10, an alkane-degrading strain isolated from the sediments of ocean in Xiamen, China, with a high salt tolerance potential of more than 10%. Its genome is composed of a 4.76-Mb chromosome.

我们报道了HF10的全基因组序列,这是一株从中国厦门海洋沉积物中分离出的烷烃降解菌株,具有超过10%的高耐盐潜力。其基因组由一条4.76 Mb的染色体组成。
