Abstract
A method of the operative treatment of the II stage of aseptic necrosis of the femur by subchondral autoplasty (with bone chips with crystal chymotrypsin) is described. In 18 of 22 patients operated upon good results were noted, in 3 patients results were satisfactory during 2-5 years.

描述了一种通过软骨下自体成形术（使用含结晶糜蛋白酶的骨屑）治疗股骨无菌性坏死II期的手术方法。在接受手术的22例患者中，18例效果良好，3例在2至5年内效果令人满意。
