Plasmacytoid carcinoma is a proliferation of discohesive cells. Gastrointestinal tract plasmacytoid carcinomas, whether primary or metastatic in origin, are both very rare. Immunohistochemistry plays a crucial role in localization. We present a case of a 60-year-old female, known case of left breast invasive lobular carcinoma with gastric, duodenal, and colonic plasmacytoid adenocarcinoma.
