We report a case of xanthoma and lymphoedema in a patient who has aortic insufficiency. The association of lymphoedema and vascular malformations has been reported and seems to be occasional. The lymphoedema is primary and of early onset. Localized xanthomas follow the ingestion of lipoproteins by local histiocytes. We observed partial regression of xanthomas with alleviation of lymphoedema. There seems to be the ten reports of such association.
我们报告了一例患有主动脉瓣关闭不全的患者出现黄瘤和淋巴水肿的病例。淋巴水肿与血管畸形的关联已有报道，且似乎较为罕见。该淋巴水肿为原发性且发病较早。局部组织细胞摄取脂蛋白后会出现局限性黄瘤。我们观察到黄瘤部分消退，同时淋巴水肿有所减轻。此类关联似乎有十篇相关报道。
