Abstract

PURPOSE

This study aimed to observe the effect of bilateral transverse abdominis plane (TAP) block on the MAC of sevoflurane in gynecological patients with laparoscopic pneumoperitoneal stimulation.

PATIENTS AND METHODS

Fifty patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly assigned to either the control group (= 25) or the TAP block group (= 25). Patients in the TAP block group were subjected to a bilateral transversal abdominal muscle plane block with 0.33% ropivacaine (20 mL on each side) guided by ultrasound. The control group received an equal volume of normal saline. The MAC of sevoflurane in each group was determined using a sequential allocation technique.

RESULTS

The MAC of sevoflurane in the TAP block group was significantly lower than that in the control group (4.20% [95% confidence interval {CI}, 4.02%-4.38%] vs 5.03% [95% CI, 4.89%-5.18%]).

CONCLUSION

Bilateral TAP block can reduce the MAC of sevoflurane in gynecological patients with pneumoperitoneum stimulation.

本研究旨在观察双侧腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞对接受腹腔镜气腹刺激的妇科患者七氟醚最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC)的影响。

患者与方法

50例行腹腔镜手术的患者被随机分为对照组(n = 25)和TAP阻滞组(n = 25)。TAP阻滞组患者在超声引导下接受双侧0.33%罗哌卡因腹横肌平面阻滞(每侧20 mL)。对照组输注等体积的生理盐水。采用序贯分配技术测定每组患者七氟醚的MAC。

结果

TAP阻滞组七氟醚的MAC显著低于对照组(4.20% [95%置信区间{CI},4.02% - 4.38%] 对比5.03% [95% CI,4.89% - 5.18%])。

结论

双侧TAP阻滞可降低气腹刺激妇科患者七氟醚的MAC。
