Abstract

(D.Don) Benn is a member of the Simaroubaceae family, which has a long history of medicinal use in China, the composition of compounds is complex, mainly including alkaloids, lignin, triterpenoids, and other compounds. As a traditional Chinese medicine, has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiviral, blood pressure lowering and anticancer. Scholars at home and abroad have been studying for about 50 years. In the present review, the research status of the chemical composition, pharmacological activity and pharmacokinetics of was provided, as a reference for further developing the value of .

(地胆)苦木是苦木科的一员,在中国有着悠久的药用历史,其化合物组成复杂,主要包括生物碱、木质素、三萜类化合物等。作为一种传统中药,具有抗炎、解热、抗病毒、降血压和抗癌等药理作用。国内外学者对其进行研究已有约50年。在本综述中,提供了其化学成分、药理活性和药代动力学的研究现状,以供进一步开发其价值参考。
