Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual female (a digger wasp; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Crabronidae). The genome sequence is 235.1 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 29.67 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 9,724 protein coding genes.
