[Socioeconomic aspects of dermatologic surgery in medical practice].

In the Federal Republic of Germany, the medical practice is not an enterprise with free calculation, but depends on fees determined by government or public authorities. The present official fees--even including extra allowance for outpatient operations--are not sufficient and thus counteracts against this money saving operating of outpatients.
