The levels of immunoglobulins, G, A and M in the blood serum were examined in 84 schizophrenic patients and 87 normal donors. The concentration of immunoglobulins G and M was elevated in patients in the period of exacerbation as compared to normal subjects. The levels of these immunoglobulins in patients on psychotropic drugs as against normal subjects were unchanged. The concentration of immunoglobulins G and M depended on the sex, clinical state and the effect of psychotropic therapy, that of immunoglobulin A on the age and duration of the manifest period.
对84例精神分裂症患者和87名正常献血者的血清免疫球蛋白G、A和M水平进行了检测。与正常受试者相比，处于病情加重期的患者免疫球蛋白G和M的浓度升高。与正常受试者相比，服用精神药物的患者这些免疫球蛋白水平没有变化。免疫球蛋白G和M的浓度取决于性别、临床状态和精神药物治疗的效果，免疫球蛋白A的浓度则取决于年龄和明显期的持续时间。
