Serum, bone and urinary magnesium as well as bone mineral crystal size and perfection were determined in 10 chronic hypercapnic patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Decreased serum magnesium levels were found. Urinary magnesium excretion decreased while bone magnesium increased. Bone mineral crystal size and perfection decreased.
对10例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性高碳酸血症患者测定了血清、骨骼和尿液中的镁含量，以及骨矿物质晶体大小和完整性。结果发现血清镁水平降低。尿镁排泄减少，而骨骼镁含量增加。骨矿物质晶体大小和完整性降低。
