Abstract

We report here the complete genome sequence of cephalosporin (cefazolin and cephalotin) and tetracycline-resistant strain CF51, isolated from a patient with a urinary tract infection. The genome comprises a 5.0-Mb chromosome, along with an 87.2-kb plasmid and a 23.9-kb plasmid.
