We present a case of coronary artery vasospasm occurring during cardiac catheterization, which occurred while the patient was receiving substantial doses of intravenous nitroglycerin. Continued coronary artery vasospasm despite resolution of chest pain and response of vasospasm to intracoronary nitroglycerin are important clinical points.
