Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual female (springtail; Arthropoda; Collembola; Symphypleona; Dicyrtomidae). The genome sequence is 582.0 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X and X sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.59 kilobases in length.
