Abstract
Neither doxorubicin (ADM) nor mitomycin C (MMC) were well absorbed through the intact or damaged rabbit bladder wall into the blood stream. Preliminary clinical investigations indicating negligible systemic side effects of ADM and MMC agree with the experimental results.
