One-way cross-resistance to rifampicin in clofazimine-resistant substrains of Mycobacterium smegmatis ATCC 607 was seen in 4 instances, whereas at most a borderline situation (probably within the experimental error) occurred in this respect with Mycobacterium parafortuitum 16009 and with strains of Mycobacterium "lufu" and Mycobacterium fortuitum. Clofazimine-resistant sub-strains were not isolated from the parental strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methodological influences (the gradient plate technique was used in this study) are discussed.
在耻垢分枝杆菌ATCC 607的氯法齐明耐药亚菌株中,有4例出现了对利福平的单向交叉耐药,而在偶然分枝杆菌16009以及“鲁夫”分枝杆菌和偶然分枝杆菌菌株中,在这方面最多出现了一种临界情况(可能在实验误差范围内)。未从结核分枝杆菌的亲本菌株中分离出氯法齐明耐药亚菌株。文中讨论了方法学影响(本研究使用了梯度平板技术)。
