We report the complete mitochondrial genome of the hybrid flounder (♀) (♂). The mitochondrial genome contained protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes, transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, and 1 control region (D-loop), for a total length of 16,874 bp. The nucleotide composition of the heavy strand was 29.15% C, 26.99% A, 26.14% T, and 17.71% G. A maximum-likelihood phylogenetic analysis showed that the hybrid flat fish was a member of the same clade as (maternal inheritance). Our findings add to the extant data on the subfamily Pleuronecidae and provide insight into their molecular phylogeny and taxonomy.
我们报道了杂交比目鱼(♀) (♂)的完整线粒体基因组。该线粒体基因组包含蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA(rRNA)基因、转运RNA(tRNA)基因和1个控制区(D环),全长16,874 bp。重链的核苷酸组成为29.15%的C、26.99%的A、26.14%的T和17.71%的G。最大似然系统发育分析表明,杂交比目鱼与 (母系遗传)属于同一进化枝。我们的研究结果增加了关于菱鲆亚科的现有数据,并为它们的分子系统发育和分类学提供了见解。
