(the frequency of needling depending on the therapeutic effect) is one of the core items in the theory (muscle regions of meridians), but its relevant basic research is limited. On the basis of the preliminary research on theory and receptors, the article analyzes the association of thermoreceptor with "tendon spasm by cold and tendon flaccidity by heat, nociceptor with "patient's attention drawn by pain" and mechanoceptor with "spinal curvature, spastic or flaccid muscles and tendons, failure to erect". It is proposed that the dose-effect mechanism of therapy should be specially explored, aiming to provide the new approach to the modern research of and support the development of the diagnosis and treatment system of TCM in diseases.
(针刺频率取决于治疗效果)是经筋理论的核心内容之一,但相关基础研究有限。基于对经筋理论与受体的初步研究,本文分析了热感受器与“寒则筋急、热则筋弛”的关联,伤害感受器与“痛则气至”的关联,以及机械感受器与“脊反折、筋急或筋缓、不能自收持”的关联。提出应专门探索经筋疗法的量效机制,旨在为经筋的现代研究提供新途径,并支持中医经筋病诊疗体系的发展。
