Abstract
The paper is concerned with the results of therapy of 35 patients with Stage I-II uterine body cancer with the method of combined modality radiotherapy using neutron radiation of high energy 252Cf sources on the ANET-B unit with a system of automatic remote-control delivery of sources for intracavitary irradiation. The RBE was 3. A 3-12 mos. follow-up showed no progression and complications in the adjacent organs. This type of therapy proved to be of high efficacy. The study is to be continued.

本文关注35例I-II期子宫体癌患者采用高能252Cf源中子辐射联合放疗方法的治疗结果，该放疗在ANET-B装置上进行，采用自动遥控源输送系统进行腔内照射。相对生物效应为3。3至12个月的随访显示相邻器官无进展和并发症。这种治疗方法证明具有高效性。该研究将继续进行。
