Abstract
Over a 10-year period, 47 infants with congenital hypertrophic stenosis underwent Ramstedt's pyloromyotomy in a district general hospital. The operations were carried out by 10 surgeons-6 consultants and 4 registrars. There were 3 major wound infections and 3 incisional hernias. One infant was referred to a specialist centre for reoperation.

在10年期间，47例先天性肥厚性狭窄婴儿在一家地区综合医院接受了拉姆施泰特幽门肌切开术。手术由10名外科医生进行，其中6名顾问医生和4名住院医生。发生了3例严重伤口感染和3例切口疝。一名婴儿被转至专科中心再次手术。
