Abstract

This study aimed to examine the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of the Eurasian Harvest Mouse () through polymerase chain reaction. The mitochondrial genome of was characterized as a circular, double-stranded DNA molecule, encompassing a total length of 16,239 bp. The mitochondrial genome composition of was found to include 13 protein-coding genes, a single control region, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and a origin of L-strand replication. The accurate identification, sequencing, and assembly of the mitochondrial genome were successfully conducted in this study, providing a resource for the scientific community to accurately attribute the mitochondrial genome of this species.

摘要

本研究旨在通过聚合酶链反应检测欧亚林姬鼠()的完整线粒体基因组序列。欧亚林姬鼠的线粒体基因组被表征为一个环状双链DNA分子,全长16239 bp。研究发现欧亚林姬鼠的线粒体基因组组成包括13个蛋白质编码基因、一个单一控制区、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因以及轻链复制起点。本研究成功完成了欧亚林姬鼠线粒体基因组的准确鉴定、测序和组装,为科学界准确确定该物种的线粒体基因组提供了资源。
