Abstract

The complete genome sequence of the opportunistic pathogen is reported. The strain LPB4002 was isolated from a clinical sample of a patient with actinomycetoma. The reported genome comprises a single 9,489-Kb closed chromosome, with 8,584 protein-coding genes and 68% GC content.

报道了该机会致病菌的全基因组序列。菌株LPB4002是从一名放线菌瘤患者的临床样本中分离出来的。报道的基因组包含一条单一的9489kb闭合染色体,有8584个蛋白质编码基因,GC含量为68%。
