Abstract

• Timely follow-up is critical in reducing the risk for device-related complications. • Studies are needed on the efficacy of DAPT after LAAO in high-risk patients. • Serial TEE is crucial for evaluating device-related complications. • Findings on TEE may be used to guide post-LAAO care.
