[Primary manifestation of Wegener's granulomatosis of the ear with reversible sensorineural hearing loss].

The author reports on a primary manifestation of Wegener's granulomatosis in the ear area which had resulted in unilateral deafness. Extensive regeneration of the auditory faculty was achieved under immunosuppressive therapy.
