We present a full genome sequence for the thermophilic denitrifier subsp. DSM 22629 (3,408,575 bp, 48.94% GC). This genome includes 3,615 predicted genes, including those needed to reduce nitrate to nitrogen gas. This organism and genome sequence provide valuable resources for future phylogenetic, genomic, and biotechnological research.
