Abstract

We report a case of secretory carcinoma of the breast in a 33 year old woman. Secretory carcinoma is a rare tumor and has distinctive pathological characteristics. This tumor usually occurs in children or adolescents. Modified radical mastectomy was carried out and the patient is doing well with no evidence of recurrence at 25 months later. Negative findings were obtained in the assay of estrogen and progesterone receptor.

我们报告一例33岁女性的乳腺分泌性癌。分泌性癌是一种罕见肿瘤，具有独特的病理特征。这种肿瘤通常发生于儿童或青少年。患者接受了改良根治性乳房切除术，术后25个月情况良好，无复发迹象。雌激素和孕激素受体检测结果为阴性。
